I want you to love your purchase from The Nest Mackay.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving your order, so I can help resolve the problem.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Personalised and custom orders: Where stated on the product listing, a $15 cancellation fee may apply if a personalised or custom order is cancelled after the final design has been approved and work has commenced.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
