Each piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully packaged before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Custom orders are typically created and dispatched within 10-15 business days

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Australia Post via standard post.  

Express post is available for an additional shipping charge.

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship throughout Australia and to most international destinations, excluding the United States.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Missing or delayed parcels

All orders are sent with tracking. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact The Nest Mackay with your order details. I will work with Australia Post to lodge an enquiry and investigate the delivery.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with other household members, and any safe-drop locations before contacting me. I can then assist with an Australia Post delivery enquiry if required.
