1. Choose your preferred Mini Bag Colour.
2. Choose your Creative Style.
3. After your order is placed, I'll send you photographs of the Mini Bags currently available in your chosen colour or style.
4. Select your favourite Mini Bag.
5. I'll create a personalised Signature design using premium beads, statement charms, crystals and carefully curated embellishments.
6. You'll receive photographs of your proposed design to review and approve before assembly begins.

Please note:

• Every Mini Bag Charm is handmade and completely unique.
• Mini Bags, beads, charms and embellishments vary depending on current availability.
• Signature designs feature more intricate detailing and premium embellishments than the Classic Collection.
• I retain creative freedom to create a balanced, cohesive design while remaining true to your chosen colour palette and Creative Style.

💬 Design Process

I'll keep you updated throughout the design process.

You'll receive photographs of your proposed Signature design before assembly begins, giving you the opportunity to request changes.

Once you approve your final design, your Mini Bag Charm will be carefully handcrafted.

📋 Cancellation Policy

Because each piece is individually designed especially for you:

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before design work begins.
• Once design work has commenced, a $15 Custom Design Fee will be retained if the order is cancelled before design approval.
• Once your design has been approved, cancellations or refunds for change of mind are not available.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
